OUR STORY
Rebuilding an Abandoned Vineyard in the Heart of Priorat, Spain.
In January 2026, we began restoring a forgotten vineyard of more than 35,000 producing vines in Falset, Priorat.
Rather than simply producing wine, we wanted to create something far more meaningful.
Tomish Wine invites people to become part of the vineyard itself, following every stage of the growing season from winter pruning to bottling.
Whether you visit us in Spain or receive your wines in Ireland, every bottle tells the story of a vineyard rebuilt together.
